Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Pixel Image ("we") collects and processes personal data when you use background-remove.app. We process data lawfully and only as needed to provide the service.
1. Data we collect
Account data (email address), balance and payment records (processed via Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), and the images you upload for processing.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, process your images, handle payments and balance, send essential service emails (e.g. password reset), and prevent abuse.
3. Image processing
Uploaded images are sent over an encrypted connection to our processing provider solely to produce the result you requested. They are not used to train models, nor sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
4. Processors
We rely on trusted providers: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and bot protection), Resend (transactional email) and an image-processing API. Each processes data only on our instructions.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or delete your account, contact us at dalibor.bosnjakovic@gmail.com.
